Rule of law clashing with Rule of gun – Von der Leyen

The President of the European Commission says we will never ever accept that Ukraine does not have a right to exist and we will never ever let that happen. 

Ursula von der Leyen was speaking in the European Parliament in Brussels (just a short time ago). Her speech followed a moving online address to the Parliament by the Ukrianian President and the speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament.  

President von der Leyen told MEPs this was a “moment of truth” for Europe.
